Everyone we have interacted with has been so kind and helpful. They have a great selection of all kinds of jewelry, love that it’s a small/family business and the shop has all kinds of cool old newspapers and things up on the walls. Convenient location downtown near our jobs so we can easily walk over on a lunch break. Good & transparent pricing and sales, quick turnaround on orders and resizing; they’ve also cleaned and adjusted my ring, beautifully wrapped presents free of charge, and it’s always a positive experience. Personalized service and they even remembered us by name. Will definitely be back for future needs!

What a great experience I was very nervous because these Seiko quartz Watches and ring were my dad‘s that he left me when he passed I mean these things are 40 year sold I mean they were in rough shape when I gave it to them. The glasses was broken off of them. The band was broken. They were really dirty. The insides needed repairing new gasket and for as old as it was, they repaired it so fast. They did not let me down these things look amazing. I will be going back for whatever I need. They are now my go to jewelry store and repair. thank you so much for caring and doing a phenomenal job.

I initially went to Hayman Jewelry to have a diamond appraised and removed from an old setting, but I had no idea what I actually wanted to do with the stone. While I was there, Allison was wearing the most beautiful 16-inch gold choker-style necklace with a floating diamond pendant in a very similar size to mine, and the second I saw it, I knew that was exactly what I wanted.A few months later, I came back with the diamond and my husband’s baby gold chain from his infancy, and Allison created the most beautiful custom choker pendant necklace for me. It turned out even better than I imagined — such a meaningful piece that I’ll treasure forever. She also repaired one of my mother-in-law’s estate pieces beautifully.Hayman Jewelry is truly a wonderful family business. I drove 2 hours just to have them fix my ring. I had them reset my ring because the place I took it to before did a terrible job, it was way too high and prongs were not touching stone and catching things. They completely redid the prongs and set the stone lower in the setting. They did a beautiful job and I couldn’t be happier. Definitely worth the drive and I’d do it again if I needed any jewelry fixed. They were very fair priced and overall super friendly. They listened to what I wanted and did exactly that. I love my ring now and would highly recommend this place. 10 out of 10 service and I will definitely be back in the future! :) photos are before they fixed it and after I got it back.
