Was looking for a jewelry store that could restring pearls in house and found Hayman Jewelry. I was very satisfied with the work performed and the price was excellent. I’ve had two other sets re- threaded before at other jewelry stores and the quality was sub standard and the price was not worth the work. Hayman’s is by far the best jewelry store in tampa. Not only do they have the best selection of rings/bands/stones at the best price. But if they don’t have something you’re looking for, they can source and customize it to your liking and exact specifications. This is the place to go. Don’t waste your time looking for other competitors in the area, they are a 1 stop shop. Their customer service is unmatched, I’ve never met a family more dedicated to the customer than these lovely people.

Such a great experience!!! Samantha was a literal doll and rescued and repaired my vintage Chanel pearls, and made them as good as new! And SO fast!!! Thank you!!! And then Alex brought my Burberry watch back to life after i thought i was smart enough to fix it myself. Haha! Thank you both so much for your amazing service and super quick repairs too!!! Ohhhh and Alex is a wiz on changing other watch batteries. I think I blinked and he had changed 2 watch batteries for me! Highly recommend!! I will be back!!!

Everyone I worked with and talked to were incredibly friendly and helpful from the start, and throughout the whole process they never made me feel rushed or pressured and were very patient with me throughout the whole process.I really appreciated how involved they were throughout he process, they listened to my ideas and suggested some things to make the ring less likely to snag clothing, what materials I could use for the band/gemstones, and more to make sure every detail of the ring was perfect.Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for my first time purchasing a custom ring. Their friendliness, professionalism, patience, and willingness to work with me throughout the whole process made a great experience, and I would absolutely recommend Hayman Jewelers to anyone looking for a custom piece or just to browse through their existing collection.
