We decided to come here for lunch. The parking lot was packed, but we didn't have to walk too far. We were seated immediately on the patio (our request). The menu scanner didn't work, but our waiter brought us some physical menus. Not a lot of GF options other than salad, so that was a bit disappointing, but I haven't been strict lately so I ordered the fish and chips and my date went with the roast beef sandwich. The food came out fast and hot (the beef was cold - supposed to be) and was delicious. We opted out of dessert, and he took half of his meal home. Terrence, our waiter, was on the ball, knowledgeable, and delightful. All in all a nice meal of a beautiful day. Less

This place is a gem. The food is exceptional and the staff is amazing. Prices compared to other fine dining in COS are very reasonable. Gus the owner provides service with the staff and they are all amazing! His attention to customers is unmatched. For example, as he stoped by our table after dinner, I joked with him not to take the bread that was left over (because it’s awesome). A couple minutes later, he drops a fresh FULL loaf on our table, unsolicited, free of charge, to take home with us. If you haven’t been here, this is THE place. The only caveat is that it can get a bit noisy during dinner service, but regardless, I doubt you will be disappointed by your experience at this top tier restaurant. Coming here as regular guests since 2013 but food and service has gone down hill. Went from a 5 star to one. Ordered a medium well hamburger, it was well done and burnt. Server was George, he never asked how our food was or if we needed anything. He waited non stop at table next to us. As well as Gus the owner. Food took forever. Major favoritism, if you are newer you will not get as attentive service as a regular. So as regulars we have limited our dinners here with each visit as it is getting worse than the last visit. Sad to write as this used to be our favorite place to visit. Less

Rip off alert! Hidden 3% hospitality fee automatically added to bill without notice for TO GO orders. Next time, please put a big sign on your door stating that you will rip off all customers with an add-on 3% hospitality fee on all TO GO orders without notice. If you want tip, then provide good service. Don't go so slow and start adding your garbage fee. If a customer wants to tip on their TO GO orders, they should have an option to do so, not force them to pay for it. You need to run a check on your business's ethics. If you are trying to hit it rock bottom for ethics, you've definitely passed that and now trying to set a new low heading towards the earth's inner core. Less
