Great place in northwest Colorado Springs for upscale dining. My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, and our server Laura took great care of experience that evening. We calamari to start, which was excellent. For entrees, we had the Beef Bourgogne and Jambalaya. Both were amazing, and we easily understood why the Bougongne is the most popular of their dishes. For dessert, we had a chocolate mouse and a complimentary carrot cake. Both were delicious, and the anniversary treat was much appreciated. Make plans to visit Marigolds. You will be delighted. Less
