I had been dealing with frequent panic attacks, anxiety and lack of sleep and decided to see a psychologist, take medication and practice mindfulness. All these were helpful to a point but I still was not completely back to my normal self. I decided to try hypnotherapy and will not look back as I have found hypnotherapy to help me the most. Not only am I able to be my normal self, I am a better version of what I was. I feel more empowered and find more joy in parts of my life I took for granted.
Hypnotherapy is not what the movies make it out to be. There are so many techniques like Cognitive behavioural therapy in psychology but these can only take you so far. I now have a better understanding on how hypnotherapy works on a more subconscious level after doing 6 sessions with Stacey. Not only has she helped me with what I originally wanted to fix, she helped me sort out limited beliefs I had on myself and realise some of the root core problems I wasn’t aware of before. After 5 sessions and the techniques and tools she has given to me I’m noticing a flow on effect. The new fears, anxiety etc that have popped up between sessions have been easier to manage and deal with.
I also am very pleased that her sessions have worked extremely well with online communication only, through zoom, as I was concerned with the risk of Covid and not being close to travel to her.
Like with anything you do to better yourself you can’t expect the professional to help you alone. You need to put in the same effort to help yourself. Stacey is not only professional, she is kind, understanding and truly is determined to help you. Those qualities with her expertise made it easy to understand what effort as a client you need to put in to succeed and feel better.
