I’ve been at CrossFit Jackson for over 5 years. I’d been a gym member from time to time in the DIY gyms, but this is different. This place has a feel, a texture, a culture. You are welcomed, encouraged, and guided through each workout. Each member is at a different fitness level, and all of the workouts are adjusted accordingly. I’m 59, and in the best shape of my life.

Had a quick overnight work trip to Jackson, emailed the gym asking if I can drop in and they responded right away. As soon as I walked in, I immediately felt welcomed. Coach Jayson is a fantastic coach! Very thorough going through the progressions of each movement. Fun workout, warm community, nice spacious facility. Highly recommend this place!

I decided to drop in last minute while visiting friends in Jackson. This was my first time dropping in another box and Jennie responded to my email quickly and answered all of my questions. Even with a large class, they took the time to show me around and help me set up for the WOD. The box was clean and had plenty of equipment for the class. Overall great experience!

Dropped in while in Jackson for a work trip. Everyone was very friendly and I was able to get a great workout in. After the WOD did some supplemental strength work and got help on my snatch mechanics from Jennie... it made a huge difference. Amazing results fast! I’m 54 and took their fundamentals class in early September. Got to meet 3 coaches, 2 who were owners. Since then I’ve had such a great experience. Every time I’m in the gym I get personal coaching from the staff, who are supportive and friendly. The other members are also encouraging, even to a novice like me. I’m at home here.

If you're looking for a place to challenge yourself to do hard things in an environment that is energetic and encouraging, this is it! No matter what you fitness level, you CAN do CrossFit!
