I brought my Miele upright to David’s Vacuums for repair. Brian called to tell me the cost to replace the brush motor. The the repair for this expensive and very heavy vacuum cleaner that was lightly used for about 8 years would cost almost as much as a new one. I decided to just get a new vacuum. Brian helped me select the vacuum that was best for my current needs. My new vacuum is everything the Miele was at about 1/2 the weight. This is a full service and sales vacuum center that I highly recommend. Less

I have been a customer since the early 2000s. This is an awsome shop. Rebecca and other clerks provide excellent service, repair quickly and often on the spot. No pushing to purchase; just consistent, friendly, informed service. My 8 yr old Oreck wouldn't start. It would have been easy to say I needed a new vacuum. Rather, for no charge, Rebecca explained and fixed the problem, a quartz battery in the handle. If you want superb products and service, this is the place! Less

Rebecca was super helpful from the start, showing me several different options, giving detailed explanations of the pros and the cons of each model, and recommending which models were best suited for keeping cat fur at bay. In addition, she called around to the other stores when the model that I chose was not available in-house. When I returned 3 months later to swap out the incorrect bags that I had been sold mistakenly, she promptly apologized and swapped them for the correct size even though I no longer had the original box. Wow! Excellent customer service!! I have a Shark Rocket vacuum cleaner, and the cord split. I had called a couple of vacuum service centers, and they basically told me "too bad." I was told that it is impossible to get parts for a Shark, and that nobody will service them. Today, I saw an advertisement on TV for David's Vacuums, and I called. I spoke to Scott who was extremely helpful. He told me to call Shark, and he told me exactly what to do. Scott was kind, patient and helpful. His advice worked!! I had managed to suck a silk scarf into my vacuum cleaner! I took it into another shop and asked how much it would cost for them to unscrew the bottom plate to get the scarf out of the roller. (I’d already tried to do it myself with no success.). They said it would be $30 - $35 minimum charge to do anything. I then took it to David’s and the wonderful man there fixed it in a couple of minutes and charged me nothing! I’m so grateful. - thanks! Less

Old fashioned customer service; above and beyond today's standard. I live in Augusta and come to ATL only about once a month so Scott and his crew were very cognizant of my time. They performed a warranty repair--no questions asked, BTW--while I went around the corner and had dinner. Then when I pointed out that I thought my handle was broken, they mailed me a replacement handle within days, all free of charge. Couldn't be more pleased. Thanks, guys! Less

Went to store for replacement vacuum bags. Dee helped me; she also showed me some stain remover that seemed very promising for removing a stain that I told her about on a towel. Alas, the stain did not come out even after also using some pre-release that she very kindly gave me a sample of. She was very helpful and assured me that if I was not satisfied, I could return the stain remover. Friendly and helpful service from Dee. Less

The Buckhead Location is my favorite store for all things Oreck ! I have tried every cleaning product and absolutely buy nothing else now, yes it’s pricey but look at the product and compare Oreck to other brands! Hands down Oreck is the best value. The Vacuum and Air Purifiers do fabulous jobs! Currently, I’ve had my Magnesium for about 6 years, never a problem! The service is a breeze just drop off and you’ll get the your unit back like brand new! The Manager, Rebecca at Buckhead is knowledgable on the products, so helpful and very efficient in handling any maintenance or questions! At some point I have dealt with everyone at this store, they’re wonderful people and do their best to assist the customer! Less

I just have to say, I LOVE Oreck!!! I took my vacuum into the store on Piedmont in Buckhead for service and when I picked it up it looked brand new. Cindy the manager was great to work with and the guy working on my vacuum was equally great. He took time to explain everything to me in detail. I must say they never disappoint!
