This store in GREAT for any one who wants to seriously clean their floors & carpets. We were blown away by the amount of knowledge, incredible cleaning tips, impressive live demonstrations and friendly customer service we received from Tony Cross. He is AMAZING!!! I stopped by because my Dyson had lost its suction. As soon as I walked in Tony greeted me and told me that it had not lost suction but I just needed to change my filters. He was so kind and could have sold me a new vacuum or taken mine for a "repair" but he simply told me what I needed to do. I would go back to Tony in a heartbeat.

Tony is a great salesman, he knows what he is talking about and he will take time to explain you the options and what machines do and why. I would definitely recommend, from what i saw this are great quality vacuums that are meant to last.

Great experience. My vacuum bag was a disaster and filled with dust. Chris took care of it quickly. He promised it by Friday and took the time to make sure it was ready Friday and now my vacuum is working great and not spewing dust all over. thanks so much!

Gentlemen showed me in 2min how-to change bag..as well as made me aware of various other brands and options. Staff always pleasant and don't mind discussing any questions you might have. I've bought 2 vacuums there. They will upgrade you with a better cleaner. They have many cleaning items for rugs, blinds, scented candles, they do repairs, very professional service and staff.🇨🇱

I took my bissell, and and they fixed it in a reasonable time frame. I brought it back home and used it as if it were new. Nice experience. The gentleman that assisted me was very accommodating and helpful. I was in for a free vacuum checkup and there was no pressure to buy anything. I highly recommend Oreck and their vacuums. Very pleased with the service and reliability.

Several months of using the Oreck, I sucked up my daughter's small sock from under the couch, which jammed to motor. It was repaired at no cost to me and I was given a new bag. Then about a week ago, I received a phone call that it was time for the annual maintenance. So today, I got it back and looks like new again. My daughter has all these necklace beads that end up all over our shag carpet and I am sure that it plays havoc on my Oreck. I am surprised that we haven't destroyed it by now.
