Stopped in to drop off a vacuum for service based on a coworkers description of issues having. As with anything else once the rep turned it on it was not doing the same thing. The gentleman there though took the time to pull it apart and check a few things there in the store to verify if anything was broken. He was not able to find any issues and gave an explanation as to what have been making the sound.He Put the vacuum back together and I took it back to the office and it’s been working great since. They could have taken the vacuum charged me a service fee and never said a word but instead went above and beyond to help out a customer! Great service will be back! Less

The roller on my Shark Rotator wasn’t turning. After getting frustrated trying to disassemble it myself, I looked up vacuum repair in my area. I went over to David’s with the vacuum, the clerk flipped a switch and instantly the roller turned. I felt stupid and overjoyed all at once. I had such a great experience here! I was in the market to purchase a new vacuum and, after reviewing many different brands online, I decided I needed to try a few out in person. I've had really bad experiences with Dyson, Shark and Rainbow vacuums so I was in the market for a better vacuum that lasts and is easy to use rather than to continue on the path of spending a couple hundred dollars every 2-3 years on one that eventually stops working. The staff at the store goes above and beyond to match you with the best product to fit your needs and budget. And their products WORK! I love that they have so many brands to choose from and that you can try them all in the store. I may have gone a little crazy vacuuming their store because I was so excited about their products. Speaking of products - I also found that they have a ton of cleaning products you can try in the store as well and fell in love with several. At the end of the day, I ended up purchasing a Miele canister vacuum and have never enjoyed vacuuming so much! There are so many really unique features that makes vacuuming a breeze. A job that literally took 2 hours with my Dyson now takes 15 minutes with my Miele and I don't have to empty a canister or unplug the vacuum to reach all of the areas of my home.
