I purchased two Oreck vacuum cleaners, for two different homes, twenty years ago from this store and the service has always been great. Connor just continued the outstanding customer service, fixing an issue with one of the twenty-year-old vacuums, with tremendous patience, understanding and a smile. Beyond thrilled and grateful for Connor and David's Vacuums!!!

Customer service is awesome at this store. My Oreck vacuum cleaner wouldn‘t start and he changed the battery which I didn‘t even know exist. It was fixed right away! He was polite and honest - I will definitely come back for all my future servicing & repair needs.

David’s Vacuums came in clutch for me, I brought in a commercial vacuum that had some issues with the engine. They fixed it in less than 24hrs, Connor gave great customer service and I highly recommend them! Thanks you guys!
