I went to have my vacuum cleaner tested for an issue. Roman the gentleman that assisted me found the issue right away. Because it's a big box brand and model, no parts available. They sell David made vacuums that are exceptional. I believe my next vacuum will be a David. The price is higher then bid box units but the quality and performance is exceptional. Hey, y'all. You have got to bring your sick vacuum to David's Vacuums. My vacuum sucked up my phone charger and got stuck, causing it to lose suction and make a noise. Daniel was able to get it out in minutes, and now my vacuum is working beautifully again. These are genuinely good people with great customer service. Daniel was such a gentleman. The guys at the shop were very pleasant to work with and their tech Roman really did an amazing number on cleaning and rehabilitating our old vacuum that had picked up a bad case of "old dog smell" from one of our old pups. Both Jarod and Ramon replaced a battery for me (which I didn't even know it had one in the handle), did not charge me, and carried it out to the car for me. This is the only place to buy a vacuum. Kyle is extremely knowledgeable, every time I see him demonstrating a vacuum to a customer, it makes me want to buy it. Just left from there and Roman went the extra mile and cleaned up my vacuum while installing a new brush for me. I love going to that store and talk to Kyle and the young men that work there. I used to take my ORECK to Kyle while he was in Humble, when he moved I followed him over there. He is Polite, Understand, Listens to what my Vacuum Cleaner needs. We bought the electric MOP from him and OMG my sister & I love it. Kyle showed my sister, Debbie about the RICCAR Upright Vacuum cordless!! Wow, it is GREAT! I am sticking with my ORECK for now, but when I get a new vacuum cleaner it will probably be a RICCAR!
