The customer service received from Christopher was absolutely amazing! He is very knowledgeable, passionate, and kind. We are super appreciative of his flexibility, patience, and generosity to hold the vacuums we wanted to purchase for a whole day until we were able to pick them up. I visited David’s Vacuums because I had a problem with my Riccar vacuum hose. Brian was very helpful helping me figure out the problem (user error). As I was purchasing vacuum bags, I noticed an interesting-looking mop nearby. Brian said it’s the Y MOP. It vibrates over the floors creating an effort-free, gliding mopping experience. With the exception of my bathrooms and laundry room, my entire home is hardwoods. I purchased the mop and used it that night. I can’t explain how easy and effortless it was to clean my floors, but it was AMAZING! No streaks. A joy to use. Thanks, Brian, for all of your help yesterday!
