I have never encountered a friendlier person then the man behind the counter at Dave's Vacuum. He was so knowledgable, patient, kind, and just genuinely passionate about helping people. The parking lot is crowded and it is easy to miss the entrance, but the service is definitely worth the hassle of getting there!

Was having trouble with suctioning. Looked online and found wonderful reviews for David's vacuum. Took my vacuum in and met with Steve who was very helpful and knowledgeable. Turns out I did not need my vacuum serviced. Steve was able to help me reattach my container correctly. It cost me nothing, but I know where to go in the future, when I need a new vacuum and great service. Thank you Steve!

I have always brought my vacuum for annual service to Oreck in North Wales. The service is the best and they are always very considerate of my time. I usually get my vacuum back within the week and have had no problems in between service. The only complaint I have is that parking is awful. Very congested plaza where the parking lot is always full.
