Thai was amazing. He was nice, personable and very knowledgeable about my Kirby vacuums. He did routine services both vacuums and replaced a fan for one. The prices are very reasonable as well.

Scott & Ty offered exceptional customer service! Scott was knowledgeable, informative, patient, attentive & a great salesman - convincing me to willingly spend a bunch of money! Together, he & Ty were a great team, with Ty carrying our product to the car for us. Additionally, they are both handsome & kind. So if you’re in need of a good vacuum, make this your first stop. They have a good selection, offer education & service beyond just selling the product.

My go-to for vacuum repair. I had such a great experience with Scott and it changed my expectation for the better. I had contacted 2 other companies prior to finding David’s. They were both difficult to contact and immediately starting charging fees in spite of the warranty. Scott, on the other hand, made the whole process easy and convenient. He communicated quickly and thoroughly and we had our vacuum repaired in less than 2 weeks. I won’t trust my Kirby with anyone else.

I called last week about an issue with my Miele canister and Scott told me to bring it in. I did and he gave me the veey best assistance with checking out the unit and ultimately giving me great advice not only on my current canister but also on the best options available to me today!I left very impressed and truly amazed with his attentive, knowledgeable and professional service! Highly recommend them for any vacuum cleaner needs whether repairs or purchasing a new one!!
