I recently had all new carpet installed, and Mike's carpet knowledge helped me to purchase the vacuum that was right for my individual carpeting, and prevented me from destroying my new carpet with my old vacuum cleaner (that was 15 years old)! I purchased a Bissell Crosswave Cordless Mac from someone on Facebook and when I received it there was no suction, so I brought it to David’s Vacuum to find out it had a main motor failure and he was able to help me get a replacement through Bissell, best experience I’ve had by far, they’re very professional and straightforward and definitely try to help as much as possible, I will definitely be returning if i ever need to purchase or have a vacuum fixed Less

I stopped in with my grandfather’s Cutco knive and cookware set that needs sharpened and cleaned up. It is missing a couple of knives . The owner let me know I would save money by sending the set to Cutco directly and informed me about making sure Cutco doesn’t replace any of the set due to their age. We discussed the missing knives. He also showed me that the new design doesn’t fit original holder. I saw several knives I want to add to my collection. I really due appreciate his honesty and will be going back there for my Cutco and vacuuming needs and you should too Less

My wife and i went in last Saturday and our experience was fantastic. Mike explained options regarding replacing our current Oreck. No pressure to buy and he explained all the features of the Riccar vacuum which we purchased. It works fantastic. In addition i had another Oreck that needed some repair. Mike explained what needed done and fixed it while I waited. Great customer service and Mike did a great job. Highly recommend them. Less

The store is a combination of an Oreck store and a Cutco center. We took our Cutco knives to be sharpened ( for free ) and it will take a week or two. The gentleman working was very nice. We spent a little while looking around and added a cutting board and a pocket knife. They have quite a few vacuum cleaners and a full range of Cutco products. I'm not sure what else an Oreck and Cutco store could be. 5 stars. Less

Excellent service, vac had been used and neglected for years, just stopped working. Tech told me what was needed and eventually showed me what had been accidentally sucked up and reducing performance. I learned a lesson about not using it like a shop vac. After they installed a new power cord, brush thingie, gave her a thorough cleaning and tune-up, my XL21 was as good as the day I got it. I will tell all of my friends and family to check them out. Oreck vacuum and bags, and headed to the Oreck Outlet in Strongsville, 15 minutes from home, where I had my vacuum serviced before. Turns out, that location had closed and moved to North Olmsted, another 20 minutes away. Desperate and disgusted by my puppy-in-training-pee-stained carpet, I drove the extra distance on a Sunday afternoon. I'm glad I did. Mike, relaxed and upbeat, dismissed the fact there was less than an hour before closing when we arrived. Instead, he inquired about my top cleaning concerns and demonstrated seen-with-my-own-eyes solutions. "Why don't I know about these things?!" I demanded, after witnessing, in my experience, cleaning "miracles". He shrugged. "Oreck invests in R&D. These are proprietary products found only in our stores and nowhere else," he explained. For less than half the price of new flooring, I obtained a high-performing Miele vacuum and DRY carpet cleaner, which will sustain and preserve my existing carpet's life and flooring for years. Oh! Mike forgot a couple of small things in my order, so Christy drove midway to my home to deliver them. Kudos to Oreck for hiring the likes of Mike and Christy, who reinforce the value and integrity of your products and services. I'll never have to hire a carpet cleaner again. Less
