I came in looking to get my old Dyson fix/services. However, Conner and Bryan were very well informed on the self service tips. Honestly speaking I was to lazy for the self service, that I went with a bag vacuum over canister it just make my life easier. Greats job to the both of you on customer service

I got there at 6:30pm hoping to get lucky since they close at 6:00pm, I did and she did not rush me but let me come in and kindly helped me get everything I needed. Very Much Appreciated how Staff at David's Vacuum supported my Hoover Vacuum Warranty Repair. They quickly recognized that the vacuum could not be repaired to good working condition and petitioned Hoover for a replacement. Thanks to David's Vacuum in Marietta, I now have a brand new Vacuum Cleaner, replaced by Hoover. All Thanks to the David's Staff. Very Thankful

My Oreck vacuum broke and needed it fixed on short notice. I scoped out some reviews and took it to David’s. I was immediately greeted by the very friendly Scott, and before I even realized what was happening, less than ten minutes after my arrival I was handed back a perfectly functioning vacuum. I couldn’t believe it was already fixed. Shockingly good service!!

My vacuum roller was not turning. I assumed it was a broken belt and took it in for repair. Michael turned on my vacuum and determined the problem was a different issue. He fixed the vacuum while I waited and did not charge me. This is now my forever vacuum and house products center store!!

Scott was awesome. My Oreck vacuum cleaner is over 8 years old. The belt just broke. Ran in and Scott repaired it and the worn out handle within minutes. He showed us how to replace it in the future and he could not have been nicer. I will definitely go back to David’s vacuum in the future!

Laura that works at this store was fantastic in selling me a Simplicity cordless vacuum. I had bought a different one that didn’t work great. I returned it and Laura convinced me to get this simplicity. It is an amazing vacuum, light weight and powerful with loads of attachments. I highly recommend this vacuum and this store. And personal customer info should always be kept locked up. A bit of bad management there. Machine worked fine, but you now have to buy your circular carpet brush. The young woman in the store as well as the repairman in the back went above and beyond to help me fix my 1991 vacuum. After weighing the cost of replacing parts no longer available(motor was fine) I decided to purchase a new vacuum. They put my old one back together and made it usable. I have since donated it. This is a testament to the Oreck vacuum and the people who service them. Thank you.
