Took my vacuum in presuming it might take 2-3 weeks to repair. Jennifer diagnosed the problem and fixed it in 10 minutes and returned it to me to go home. Problem was an after market part I bought from Amazon that did not have a magnet in it to work my Oreck vacuum. Will keep coming to David’s for repairs and maintenance!

The staff at the store goes above and beyond to match you with the best product to fit your needs and budget. And their products WORK! I love that they have so many brands to choose from and that you can try them all in the store. I may have gone a little crazy vacuuming their store because I was so excited about their products. Speaking of products - I also found that they have a ton of cleaning products you can try in the store as well and fell in love with several. At the end of the day, I ended up purchasing a Miele canister vacuum and have never enjoyed vacuuming so much! There are so many really unique features that makes vacuuming a breeze. A job that literally took 2 hours with my Dyson now takes 15 minutes with my Miele and I don't have to empty a canister or unplug the vacuum to reach all of the areas of my home. Went to the Oreck store since I was in the area, just to see what attachments might be new. So glad I did! There is a long, flat attachment with openings on the end and on the sides.
