I sent a vacuum in for warranty, Hoover approved replacement for two vacuums, went into store and David gave me a new box with a totally different model 100's less and not comparable to the one I have him. David didn't have the decency to even tell me this as I only noticed as I was walking out the door. Another employee told me he would fix it after hoover stated... More

I sent a vacuum in for warranty, Hoover approved replacement for two vacuums, went into store and David gave me a new box with a totally different model 100's less and not comparable to the one I have him. David didn't have the decency to even tell me this as I only noticed as I was walking out the door. Another employee told me he would fix it after hoover stated it needed to be done on the authorized repair agents end. I called David after leaving a message a week ago and the nice guy routine is out the window with yelling and repeating himself over and over. I'm at a loss for words I just brought my vacuums in to have them replaced under warranty. Just be aware that if problems arise I wouldn't depend on them to fix the issues. Update, problem has been rectified, hence the upgrade. Thank you for reading this review. Less

We bring our vacuum to this location yearly. We are always pleased with the services. Larry went above and beyond to meet our needs on this trip, especially since we traveled an hour to get there. We appreciate the care they took with our time and our vacuum!

Very good one on one service. Craig was informed and showed excellent ability to explain all the questions i had. I eventually bought 2 vacuum because of the ability to effectively clean my whole house more easily. Price wise it was a good deal. Job well done!

This really is a great store, they sell one thing and they do it well. These guys know everything there is to know about their products and Oreck really does make a superior vacuum cleaner. These are not the cheap 8-pound uprights that we remember from the commercials. These make the British counterparts look like toys. Smooth and Powerful, Oreck is probably the best in the business in my opinion... More
