We had a great experience here - Paul was both knowledgeable and helpful, was attentive to what we needed out of our purchase, and straightforwardly explained advantages and differences between different models/brands/price points. Paul felt like a vacuum nerd first and vacuum salesman second, which is exactly the kind of person we wanted to talk to when looking for a vacuum that will last us a long time. It also helped that we were able to plug in and try out lots of different models in the store to get a feel for them directly, which was a big reason we went to a store in person instead of ordering online, and that decision paid off. Contrary to their main commodity, this store really doesn't suck! I came in knowing exactly what I wanted to buy, so I was in and out in less than 20 minutes with a new vacuum, a pack of bags, and a sample scent pod (not to mention a free 10-year warranty--better than if I bought online). I also happened to get an excellent deal on a flash sale that was going on. Paul, the employee who assisted me, was very knowledgeable and eager to help. He showed me how to replace my new vacuum's filter and detach/attach the various parts. He also registered the warranty for me in store, which is great because I definitely would've forgotten to do it later. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of a new vacuum. Less

I have been into David’s Vacuums, which shares a store room with Cutco Kitchen, a few times and I cannot speak highly enough about my experiences every time. David himself help service my vacuums. He was kind and easily fixed problems. I had no idea what to do with. He also gave me great advice, and was very personable. He was also incredibly generous with his pricing. Overall, I would say this is a great place off the beaten path to get some affordable quality repairs done (they also service all different brands of vacuums) Less

First time customer. The place I bought my vacuum from is no longer in business. They were great. So it would be hard to measure up to them but David’s did! I was impressed by the great service at David’s. I brought my Miele in for cleaning. Sadly I had not installed the vac bag correctly so the entire inside was a mess. Paul said it would probably take a week. Exactly one week later my vacuum was ready for pick up. Paul also pointed out that I was using the incorrect bag. He offered to exchange my (new) bags for the correct size. No charge. He took the time to answer all my questions. My Miele is clean and running well. I paid the initial quoted price. Next time I need any vacuum work, parts, etc I’ll definitely return to this store. Less

Paul offers not only his knowledge for your vacuum needs he is friendly, efficient and quick. I highly recommend this place. For those of you with pets I highly recommend The David brand Carpet & Room Refresher. It costs more than what you can get at WalMart, etc. but it really works. The "dog smell" is no longer emitting from the rug or vacuum. Also, if you're a baseball fan you can talk to Paul about baseball! Less
