My Miele is heavy and tips over easily. This Riccar is heavy but has powered wheels and is virtually tip proof. He let us play with it for awhile, poke it, prod it, and see for ourselves while he left us alone. I said I had just bought a box of bags for the Miele and he offered to swap my box for a box of Riccar's bags. I took it home and tried it out on my carpets and I am happy so far. Christopher never made me feel rushed or pressured, assembled it for me (just 1 screw but I appreciate the customer service), and was a pleasure to deal with overall. I wish I had come here in the first place instead of a closer shop that broke my Miele in the first place and then told me it wasn't their problem. Their loss was David's Vacuums gain. Less

Dropped by to get a filter for my vacuum and brought up an issue about our tile floor at the new house. Tons of construction in the neighborhood and have been struggling to get it really clean. I’ve been an Oreck vacuum cleaner fan for years. Recently took my Oreck in for a routine service. It needed a cleanup and tuneup. Love this great store. The service was fantastic, the price was quite reasonable and I had it back in less than a week. Will definitely head back there again for any Oreck needs.

TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!! Roy at this location lives customer service. I have not encountered such professionalism and customer care in a LONG time as Roy provides here. Not to mention, ORECK vacuums are AWESOME!!! I had mine for 14 years and finally needed to replace it and I would NOT even consider any other brand than an ORECK. THIS is the place to go!!!!!
