CrossFit Lehigh Valley is the best gym you could go to. Everything is adaptable and it is for everyone! I modify a lot of things due to past injuries and all of the coaches are willing to create the necessary modifications. The owner, and best coach in the world, Natasha goes above and beyond to make the gym more like a home so the members truly are family. Every one is welcome here and pushed to do their best. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. The gym is well organized, taken very good care of, and most importantly CLEAN. I have been doing crossfit for 3 years and I really enjoyed this gym. As a drop in athlete, it felt great to get attention from a good coach with specific, directed instruction. The owner, Tasha, welcomed my and spoke with me as well which I really enjoyed. As a clinician in physical therapy, I appreciated the knowledge of the coach during the session using proper terms and muscles used. CrossFit Lehigh Valley is an amazing gym! Over the past several years, I’ve belonged to several CrossFit gyms, both in the Lehigh Valley and Pittsburgh, and this place ranks as my top favorite gym. The facility is huge, and I really like the programming. What a boon to my workout routine. Been a weightlifter/body builder for a dozen years but these classes are so much fun for an hour long intense dive. Trainers all do a great job of explaining the movements and guiding everyone along. Less

Such an amazing place to go to daily. I cannot say enough positive about this cross fit facility. I am now 5 months here and my physical and mental attitude have become so much more healthier. The spirit of friendship and community is strong here. Its not only an excellent gym you get the bonus to feel like part of a family. The coaches are exceptional here with interaction and instruction that is top of the line in the industry. They are always consistent on getting you into proper form and technique. Never are you unsure about a movement or new technique. You will be trained and helped to get to your best ability. You absolutely learn and grow as an athlete here. Personally, the instructor, the facility, the environment, has been a huge morality boost for me. There is AMPLE room inside, so no need to try and squeeze in a space like SOME OTHER CrossFit gyms in the area. The equipment is well taken care of, there are supplements and other amenities available at your disposal for a modest price. But foremost, the instructor is VERY knowledgeable and has helped me when I thought I was fine. Helped me fine tune my posture, form and just helped guide me to be better. I was skeptical at first, because it was unknown to me, but I've never been happier with my decision to choose this facility. It just works and there is no guessing. Less
