I had a few shirts with stains that I did not expect would come out (in fact, I had brought one of the shirts to another dry cleaner and they returned it to me with a “Woops! Can’t fix” tag). The stain was on a white section of a blouse from color bleed off of a red suit coat. There is no pink or discoloration at all on this stubborn spot. I am so impressed. I also had a detailed suit jacket that had pilling in parts and it looks like they trimmed the pilling because it came back in beautiful shape. I really cant say enough good things. Asked them to do a blanket/reinforced stitch on both sides of my yoga pants inseam. All they did was fold the material and put in a simple straight line stitch, and they only did it on one side. This is not going to hold up. Lazy poor job.

I LOVE how easy it is at Julian's to get my bedding clean! They are great with dry cleaning clothing, but I've only ever needed to get a suit done. I had both mine and my husband's long winter black wool coats cleaned. They did an excellent job on them.

I use your cleaners for my church vestments. Since I am over 6' tall, the garment bags don't always cover the bottom hem of some garments. It would help keep them clean when being transported in my car if there were a piece of thin cardboard stapled to close the bottom of the bag.
