I started this class in December 2023. The class supplied a lot of information pertaining to all aspects of real estate and what is needed to pass the NYS exam. I was very impressed with the context and how it was set up. Once i completed the online 77 hour course. I studied for several days and applied to take the proctor final exam online. It was easy to set up and the owners were available with any questions you may have and there to assist every step of the way. I highly recommend Manred if you are looking to get your license.
