Excellent facility to exercise. I have been looking for the perfect gym spot for my polevault training and Evolution fitness got everything you need. John is great to talk to and any question i have for a work out that i have questions he sure got the answer. I go as an open gym but i have seen the personal CrossFit classes on the side and the energy he bring to every single class and motivation for the athlete that are going made me see that this is the gym I want to stay and be part of my Journey

I joined Evolution fitness about 6 weeks ago and have been really pleased with my experience . Jon is extremely knowledgeable about proper form and exercise techniques, which is really important considering the high-intensity nature of CrossFit workouts.It is a very friendly & supportive community. From experienced members sharing advice to newbies being welcomed and encouraged, EF has cultivated a culture of support among the entire community. Overall, I am very happy with my decision to join EF. The coaching, community, and full-body workouts have me hooked! I would highly recommend it to others looking to take their fitness to the next level.

I joined about a month ago as an absolute beginner. After consultation with Jon, I started personal training sessions for the 1st month, and after that I joined group training. Considering I don't speak English, I think we are off to a good start! Jon was really dedicated and patient and I want to thank him for that. I would suggest this to everyone because this will help me be better version of myself.

I joined to workout with my sister after taking a lot of time off from working out after having 2 kids and was happy to feel how welcoming everyone is.I have never felt intimidated even though there are some serious athletes here. I have loved that coach Jon helps to make sure that my form is right and takes time to help modify what I am able to do right now while still pushing me to challenge myself.I recommend the gym for anyone looking for a good workout regardless of your current fitness level.

Joined Evolution Fitness about 6 months ago after two good friends raved about the overall community and classes. Everyone is super friendly, welcoming, and encouraging which makes it easy to want to come back everyday. Jon and the other trainers are great and helpful in offering modifications or alternative moves! Workouts are challenging but in a good way. I am always leaving proud of myself which is what I was looking for in a gym.

This gym has become my every day happy place. Ive met so many amazing, new friends, and am now able to work out with an old co-worker and good friend 💙i was very hesitant on joining a crossfit gym, but coach Jon is wonderful at providing progressions and help when you need to substitute.I go very early in the morning, so i don't get to interact with a ton of people, but when I do, everyone has always been super nice and accepting. love this gym!
