Started back in March 2022 and haven't looked back since! The community is fantastic and that's made in part by how welcoming, encouraging and open the coaches are with everyone. From the minute I walked in they made me feel right at home any time, any day. I'm excited for every session knowing they're there. The programming on classes has really helped me to push myself with my training, and even on the days or weeks I don't want to it's always fun and engaging. Coaches always give it the little lift with their own takes and insights on the sessions so it's not just reading off the chalkboard! Special mention to the space - big and bright with plenty of space and equipment. Great for open gym when I want to do my own thing. I’ve been at United Strength now for nearly a year and absolutely love it! The team supported me through my pregnancy, no class was off limits, the coaches helped me every day to adapt exercises programmed and so it meant I could still join in every day. The programming is scalable for anyone, whether you’re a regular or advanced crossfitter or you’re new to exercise. Everyone is made to feel welcome! I’ve only been going to US for a few months, and having been a member at multiple other CrossFit Boxes across Buckinghamshire — I must admit, I’m very impressed with the quality of the coaching, not to mention the programming. As a coach myself, I’m always looking to progress, and in such a short space of time I know this is the place to do it! The atmosphere is amazing, really welcoming and the coaches are great. The community you become the moment you walk in the door is unbeatable. Especially after a tough covid period when communities were so stripped apart and we learnt just how valuable they are and what you can achieve when you surround yourselves with positivity. I really can’t recommend this gym enough. Quite simply I couldn’t envisage going back to train in a standard commercial gym after this. Not only are the coaches extremely knowledgeable, they’re expert motivators, you’d really struggle to leave a class without booking straight onto another one. A great mix of members of all ages and abilities, everyone's been incredibly welcoming. Even when not on a class I’ve not once had to wait for equipment, alter my workout, the space is superb. To top it all the coffee’s not bad either, significantly better than anything you’d find down your average high street (maybe even worth the trip alone!). Less
