Lovely stay with friends in Cumbria Lodge ,Peaceful and tranquil. Hot tub a bonus . Kiplin hall 5 minutes walk away was good and interesting especially the walk around the gardens . Some nice pubs and cafes not too far away , on a bus route to Northallerton and Richmond .Will was attentive to our needs .Lovely stay I’m sure we will return Less

This is our second time working with Kiplin Eco-Lodges for our student group--12 college-age students and four staff members. We has excellent care and service. The hot tubs were a major plus after long days of hiking! Definitely recommend for international student groups. Less

Great little getaway lovely cabin our dog loved running round the meadows only negative for me was had to go in car for a local shop but the site is so peaceful it doesn't warrant a shop Less

Just returned from a lovely stay in the Durham Lodge! The lodge was spacious, clean and had everything you needed even the added bonus of tea coffee and sugar!One thing we’d suggest would be black out blinds in the bedrooms especially for people with children during the lighter nightsWe used the lodge as a base to stay and enjoy family days out around the area. We visited Monk Park Farm, Lightwater Valley and also went swimming at the Dolphin Centre in Darlington. Once we were back at the lodge and our daughter was in bed, we enjoyed unwinding in the hot tub and watching the squirrels explore the trees close by.We’ve already said we’d love to return in the future so see you next time and thank you for a lovely stay :) Less
