We were looking to roll a line of credit on our principle residence, that we used as a down-payment on a second family home for our kids, to the second family home on renewal. It was complicated and time was of the essence. Mortgages were taking longer than expected as Kelli was able to get us locked in on a "special rate" the last day before they raised rate... More
Kelli was our broker for a refinance. It was complicated and time was of the essence. Mortgages were taking longer than expected as Kelli was able to get us locked in on a "special rate" the last day before they raised rates. It was a roller coaster of a ride but Kelli kept us strapped in every step of the way. So grateful she could close this deal before I left the country on a trip. Less
