Brilliant few sessions at Crossfit Bodmin. The gym is set up well for drop-ins with a day and week pass option. Coaching staff gave clear instructions and offered helpful feedback. I will certainly return next time I'm visiting Bodmin.

Great gym, I live in Bristol so whilst down south I popped into a session. Really easy to register on line and great coaching and a really friendly group. 100% il be back.
