Agent inform us that as first time Medicare Advantage plan enrollees, we could cancel the plan at any time in the first 12 months. We cancelled in Oct and yet the company, whose plan they sold us has messed it all up. Now Sunshine is of no help. Claims denied by the company and by Medicare, while the company is still getting premiums from SSA/Medicare.
