I've been going to no excuse boxing on and off for about a year. I've been to many boxing gyms and this gym is top notch. Not only is it great for aspiring fighters but also those that just want a new hobby. They also began incorporating ice baths to help people with recovery. Ryan is a very caring individual that goes above and beyond. He walks the walk unlike many other gyms. Highly recommend it.

I started taking private lessons with Ryan in August, my main goal was to improve balance and stability due to MS (also learn how to box). Ryan has a calm demeanour and is very patient. He has tailored a workout based on my abilities and I can see a definite improvement. The gym has great equipment and everyone has been friendly and supportive, I would definitely recommend.
