I recently took my car to Mr. Clean Auto Care for a interior cleaning focused on removing pet hair, and I am beyond impressed! I have two dogs, and their fur tends to embed itself into the carpets and seats, making it nearly impossible to clean on my own. The team at Mr. Clean Auto Care did an incredible job.

What a rip off! Charged me for a 7 seater because they have to clean multiple layers- fine. But they didn't even clean it! The whole are was still dirty and just threw everything across. Seats were not clean even though it was clearly dirty from my kid kicking it and then the guy tried to argue with me after admiting they forgot to clean it! Save your money and go somewhere else.

recently tried out mr clean Car Wash and was pleasantly surprised by the overall quality, speed, and efficiency of their service. With a few locations popping up nearby, I decided to see. After a couple of visits, I’d say they definitely live up to the hype with a few minor areas for improvement.got this video from them.

Shows up at 5:15 asking for a wash, they said last was 5, an hour before closing. There was no signage or anything on the website about it. Don't waste your time.

The car wash was empty and I had to wait because the car in front of me was getting a hand wash. Not efficient use of time if you just want a quick exterior wash. I was waiting inside to pay because the cashier was slow to process payments of the customer in front. Overall took a long time to pay and to get the wash.

After carefully search the area and read many reviews, I decided to give Mr. Clean a try. The team did amazing job on the truck. 上周一在这洗车加打蜡。拿到车就发现我夹在出风口的手机支架被拿下来了，也没当回事准备插回去，结果发现出风口的横栏掉下来了。立马回头找员工，他们给重新安回去了反向pua我说手机太沉所以横栏掉下来了。明明是他们暴力洗车给我扯掉了。开出去不到一公里就发现车子有异响，各种调节都没用，周一去了4s店。维修说因为洗车的时候他们把润滑喷进后备箱卡扣，导致卡扣摩擦所以有异响。同时提醒我车门橡胶密封圈也都被抹了油，时间长了胶条会开裂。反正以后不会再来这家了。风险太大。

Wanted an external wash as I don’t have a crazy dirty car inside. Went through the machine 12.99 version and it didn’t get the bird poop or tree sap off my car. Decided to go for the 24.99 and the lady was good about applying my first payment as part of my second payment. Crazy how much it costs to just maintain the car! Updated prices and such. Got an appointment for dent repair. Fair price and time efficient. Results? Well, you can see from the pics. Staffs were friendly and helpful, especially Connie. Recommend the place and will be back for a car wash next time for sure.

I bought the exterior and interior package. They did a pretty good job on the exterior and the obvious interior areas. However they didn’t do well for the console box as you can see in my photos.

Have to purchase the car wash inside. The car wash did a nice job for a no-touch automated system. Probably not the best for heavily caked mud but for my car that was just dusty after a long road trip, worked well.

I was not impressed with the rim repair service they used, the blending was not very well done after they machined the wheel. Unlike many shops where they remove the wheel, remove the tire, machine, superheat, bake and paint they do it on site and charge the same price at roughly 250 a tire. It’s fairly noticeable where the difference is and the repair was. I’ve used another service for another car in Richmond that left my wheel flawless and the paint matching was superb. There’s a noticeable difference in the paint match here. The interior cleaning crew missed a few spots, and left a very greasy residue that my new detailer is fixing and working out. There was a greasy finish on all my leather that I had to buff and condition out with chemical guys leather conditioner, and a poor finish on my piano trim. I would recommend for a quick wash or vacuum job, but perhaps not for a full detail or rim repair. Unfortunately I did not take up close photos of the flaws when I picked up the car, it did look good right away when I saw it vs how dirty it was when I brought it in. Less

They didn’t vacuum the back row of my car.. how do I know this? My kids salt residual from the fries they ate days before still on the seat and floor.. it’s like they just cleaned the front of the car and hope you wouldn’t find out smh

Very professional service. They perfectly cleaned my Audi inside and outside. The good thing is they did it immediately when I gave them keys. They have excellect customer waiting room with huge screen where you can see what happens with your car in real time. I would definitely use this facility for my next car cleaning.

They do a good thorough job, but are pricey, the worst part is the waiting area it is is a freezer!!!! an outdoor space with an attempt to close in (not well) highly suggest a HEATER for your customers while they wait, the front office staff have a heater area why wouldn't your paying customers???

My Macan was very dirty after offroading and lots of trips to the barn but their vacuuming and washing was very worth the money. It's as clean as it was when it was new and now I'm hesistant to get it dirty again :).

Stopped here with my Tesla on a road trip across Canada. They did a good exterior wash for a fair price on my car and the staff is very nice!

The car wash experience was smooth and easy, they did an excellent job cleaning my Jeep Wrangler, unfortunately towards the end of the car wash in the vacuuming area I witnessed one of the employees did not know how to drive my manual transmission vehicle and kept stalling the car and even grinded my first gear. The car wash experience was smooth and easy, they did an excellent job cleaning my Jeep Wrangler, unfortunately towards the end of the car wash in the vacuuming area I witnessed one of the employees did not know how to drive my manual transmission vehicle and kept stalling the car and even grinded my first gear. After driving away i noticed that i can’t shift into first gear all the time now, And I have had to book my car into a transmission shop to repair the issue they have caused… Update, they did damage a synchro but it is still working had to change my transmission fluid for 100$ and it seems to be working better now, I have updated my rating accordingly. Hand wash cannot compare with anything! OMG! The car was spotless and cleaned like I ordered a fully detailing inside-out. Very impressed with the work, the quick turnaround, and the quality of service. I was hesitant when I saw the line, but it was worth it!

Best car wash I have ever been. Clean, professional, on time and great prices. Even though it is a half an hour drive from my house it is totally worth the drive. If you want your car to look and feel brand new you go to Mr.Clean.

The place to go to in Richmond for any of your car care needs. This place works like an amazing assembly line of different services. You get a full car clean up in a very short amount of time due to their efficiency. Very fair prices. Absolutely outstanding value for services! Friendly staff too!

Finally a nice clean car wash that do a good job. Friendly staff and a nice inside patio to wait for your car gettin cleaned. The attention to detail is very good. I saw I believe the owner even doing a final walk around checking my car making sure nothing missed. Overall a very good experience and outcome.

我是在网上看到好评过去洗车的，但结果非常失望！不推荐大家去！车子没洗干净，员工的服务态度更差！到店里时，我特意和前台交待，说孩子坐车吐后座了，帮我洗干净一些，接待人员没有任何回复说有问题，过了一天，我在后座安装孩子的安全座椅时，才发现座椅地毯根本没有做任何清洗，连脚垫都还有呕吐物在上面，太不负责任了！如果当时告诉我呕吐物不能清洗，或者需要加钱清洗，我都没有意见，结果他们完全推卸责任，根本不承认！那个前台还说告诉我只能吸一下，事实上她说好，根本没有告诉我说洗不干净！60块的洗车费，尽然连个脚垫都没洗干净。差差评！

Just bought a used little car, was super dirty, but they made it clean like a new car. And price is quite fair. Obviously I'll bring all my vehicles to them. 服务态度非常好，把我刚买的小车洗得跟新的一样。价格也非常公平。以后我的车都交给他们洗了。强烈推荐！

洗车洗的太仔细了，说实话洗车很多都是人多了洗的就不是那么仔细了 这边无论什么洗的都很有质量 而且分工明确 最后还有manager做最后的检查 不满意再重新洗 非常好 真心推荐

Haven’t washed my Tiguan for long time and it’s dusty. Drove by this place the other day and saw the line up, so just give it a try. Really impressed by the result, clean and shine. Price is also reasonable. Will refer it to my friends.
