My husband received the worst service from Nontsikelelo, at Rams Flowers he bought roses at 09:41 and was told that the design he wanted would take about 45mins to an hour so he paid and asked them to do what they had to do, instead of waiting for that long he decided to leave while they get busy with them, upon his return which was 2 hours later they had not started with the one bouquet and the other one was still incomplete. Nontsikelelo left our order unattended to tend for other customers and didn’t even show any remorse nor was she even apologetic about it. We will not be buying from them anymore.

The Flower Center which is situated on the left side 1st shop when you enter. This is one of the best shops to buy any type of flowers that we want. The prices are cheap and the customer service is outstanding.They do catering deco and flowers deco also.
