We just finished going over coverage for 2024 with Shane Hansen, CLU. This is our 3rd year working with Shane. My husband I have been very pleased with how he explains everything. He always looks into what we can do to have the most for what we pay monthly. I never have any concerns once we are finished about my coverage for the next year. My experience with Duke Palm at The Medicare Exchange is above 5 star. For me Medicare and the extra plans were so confusing. It was like trying to complete a puzzle only to find you have several pieces missing. Duke having the patience of a saint Explained it over and over and filled in those missing pieces.
