I have know Joshua for some years and have been following his journey with Body Blitzer Fitness Centre on social media. I got to a point in my life where I knew that I needed some professional help regarding my health and fitness. After returning from a holiday over the New Year, I was unhappy with how I felt and looked so I contacted Joshua to see if there was anything he could do to help me. As I live nearly 3hrs away from Warrnambool, Joshua agreed to set up a program for me via weekly Zoom meetings. He had me record what I was eating and how much exercise I was doing each week to start off, and from there he was able to provide me with a program that was able to change each week based on my progress. With my main goal to lose weight, he was able to teach me how I can do that sustainably, as I have previously dropped significant weight only to put it back on twice as fast. I began my program with Body Blitzer at 128kg on January 31st and I am currently sitting on 108kg. I am very happy with the progress that I have made to this point. While I am still working towards my main goal of being sub-100, my experience with Joshua from Body Blitzer Fitness Centre has been hugely successful and has given me the confidence to make good choices myself to continue on my weight loss and overall fitness journey. Classes are well thought out, engaging and offer a great variety. I have never felt bored and have looked forward to attending. Group classes are adaptive to all fitness levels and any limitations you may have. The online classes are great if you are stuck at home but still wanting a work out. Spacious facilities which are well equipped. I have been a member for 10 weeks and have been abel to improve not just my fitness but my health. The atmosphere at Body Blitzer is very welcoming and warm. Its a great gym for mums with little children and for anyone like me who is overwhelmed by regular gyms with complex equipment. There was so much support during the group sessions it was still like a P.T session. Support didn't stop at the gym as there is often help with nutrition and lifestyle changes to help you reach your goals. I've not been able to attend classes for the last 2/3 weeks due to Covid and its effects, but I'm keen to get back to my regular 'bootcamp' classes. This class caters to people at all different levels of fitness and each trainer gets to know you and your capabilities and gives you modifications if you have injury etc. The instructors are very friendly and always acknowledge your presence and motivate you by praising you efforts each and every session.Over the past 5 weeks I've pushed myself and found that even although I'm not loosing weight at this point, I must be loosing inches and building muscle as starting to fit into my old clothes again and actually feel more motivated and stronger. (I can feel my stomach muscles again after having a c-section) I can now focus on weight loss on my second block of six weeks and thinking i can move on to another class or personal training afterwards as there are plenty options to choose from.I like that no two classes are the same and they are changed up three times a week in a circuit style bootcamp which adds an element of fun, working in pairs, small groups and individually. It's also great that you get Saturdays bootcamp 1hr class for free in addition to your 6 week mums and bubs classes. I haven't been able to attend the Saturday class as yet but knowing this is an option is great.I would recommend body blitzer to anyone as it caters to all age groups with personal training to just the gym to a variety of classes of different intensity. I'm glad I've found body blitzer as I've tried other gyms in warrnambool and don't feel anyone is as dedicated and client oriented as Josh and his team. They genuinely love what they do and are not money hungry. Classes are very reasonably priced and feel you get a lot of work out for low class fees. I think I've found a gym for life. I’m a very active person but don’t make time for specific workouts that give me good body tone. This is where the Body Blitzer programs come in. Their bootcamps and P.T sessions have great variety and allow you to go at your own pace. I like that when I go to the gym I get to be the student.
