Most people, I know complain about the renovation process and often their builders. Nothing could be further from our experience with HDMB. We did a major renovation with them, taking around nine months. The communication and care taken by Jay , Dave and the on-site builders was exceptional. They listened and tried to incorporate ideas that we had, and more than once, came up with ideas for the build that improved the final product so much. They kept us up-to-date with what was happening every step of the way. They made suggestions of ways we could save money. The quality of their work is exceptional. Highly recommended! We can't recommend HDMB highly enough. We had every curve ball thrown at our renovation: COVID restrictions, torrential rain, increases in building supply costs, increasing interest rates to list a few. Despite all these challenges, Dave and his team managed to finish our renovation without compromising the design or quality of finishes. Dave was always available even for the toughest of circumstances and even went back to the good old saw to resolve tricky design elements.
