Route 50 Crossfit has been one of the best decisions I have made for myself. I am achieving health related goals and I am receiving some of the best coaching. The community has been great and I personally feel like you get out of it what you put into it. It is so nice to have a business like Route 50 Crossfit in our area. I would highly recommend it to anyone that wants personalized training classes in a very clean and amazing facility.

My goal in joining a gym was to improve my mobility and after only three classes I was moving better. But more importantly I am comfortable going to this gym. I feel accepted and included. The coaches are knowledgeable and friendly. They listened to me and help me get the most from a workout without injuring myself.

If you’re worried CrossFit gyms are scary, cliquey, or secretly something else entirely— relax. This is just a great group of supportive humans, excellent coaching, and workouts that meet you where you are (and aren’t nearly as hard as you think because everything is scalable).Seriously, just show up. We all started somewhere. Show up tired, mad, sad, or under-caffeinated. Not just for the young crowd, if you’ve ever made a noise standing up, you’ll fit right in. Being a little vulnerable is part of the deal, and that’s how real connections happen. Come for the fitness, stay for the community… and the collective heavy breathing.

I’m so thankful for the Route 50 community—everyone truly cheers each other on and keeps you motivated! I honestly didn’t think I could do it physically, but the coaches always help you find the perfect modification to build you up. Highly recommend! What’s holding you back??
