I am absolutely in love with this place. No matter how hard the workout, you just keep coming back. The coaches are so nice, they treat you as a person and a friend instead of just another membership or moneymaker. It’s a fun way to stay fit and make friends for life!

I love Route 50 CrossFit! Everything can be modified, and the coaches are great helping you figure out what you can do to still give you the maximum benefit. I especially enjoy the group classes, the people are so friendly, encouraging, and the atmosphere is always welcoming and supportive. It’s a great spot for all fitness levels. Coach Christopher is awesome and really makes a difference. He always makes sure your lifts are done correctly for maximum benefit and safety, and you’re comfortable with any modification and scaling option he suggests. I always look forward to attending any class he coaches!

Great place to exercise! They lay out challenging workouts, and guide you through movements. Aldo they always have a great play list going.Other athletes keep the classes enjoyable.
