Excellent coaches and facilities. There’s a real sense of community and accountability for each other. Everyone wants to see you succeed at whatever your fitness goals are. Everyone is quick to welcome new comers and make them feel welcome. They do a great job of breaking down each of the activities into manageable tasks to help you learn as well as prevent injury.Overall from someone who’s just here for a few months, I can’t recommend this Gym and community enough!

I am absolutely in love with this place. No matter how hard the workout, you just keep coming back. The coaches are so nice, they treat you as a person and a friend instead of just another membership or moneymaker. It’s a fun way to stay fit and make friends for life!

I love Route 50 CrossFit! Everything can be modified, and the coaches are great helping you figure out what you can do to still give you the maximum benefit. I especially enjoy the group classes, the people are so friendly, encouraging, and the atmosphere is always welcoming and supportive. It’s a great spot for all fitness levels. Coach Christopher is awesome and really makes a difference. He always makes sure your lifts are done correctly for maximum benefit and safety, and you’re comfortable with any modification and scaling option he suggests. I always look forward to attending any class he coaches!

I love this place the people the encouragement. It's like an extended family we all motivate each other. If you want to change your life or even just have social gathering join and see what your missing out on.
