My go to place anytime I need recovery!! Short on time… just cryo!! Struggling with pain and tightness? Have some extra time… I 10000% recommend the infrared sauna then cryo!!! My entire body feels so relaxed and I always get the best sleep the nights that I do both! The owners are the sweetest most genuine people you will ever meet! The cryotherapy, compression treatment and infrared sauna services are very effective for recovery and are offered at a really great price. Plus WALK INs are welcome. On top of that, a few months ago one of my daughters sprained her ankle at a tournament and was placed in a walking boot with crutches. This was 2 weeks before a big national tournament and she was terrified the injury would keep her out for a bit. However, thanks to the treatment she received here, she was back on the court in less than 2 weeks. Check them out and bet you won't be disappointed. Less

This place is the BEST! Isabel has amazing energy and does all she can to make everyone feel extremely comfortable! The rest of her staff is also so nice! Highly recommend all the services—especially sauna and cryo!

Very lovely experience and an amazing staff. Can't wait to go back! Isabel's great energy was good to have while cooling down it made the expense a lot easier having someone to talk to.
