Would highly recommend Integrity Cryo & Recovery to anyone in or around the North Richland Hills/North Fort Worth, TX area. The cryotherapy, compression treatment and infrared sauna services are very effective for recovery and are offered at a really great price. Plus WALK INs are welcome. On top of that, a few months ago one of my daughters sprained her ankle at a tournament and was placed in a walking boot with crutches. This was 2 weeks before a big national tournament and she was terrified the injury would keep her out for a bit. However, thanks to the treatment she received here, she was back on the court in less than 2 weeks. Check them out and bet you won't be disappointed.
