I recently finished my first month of 20 kick starts and was happy to have been a part of it! The first 4 weeks were spent learning the technique of the exercises, but at the end of each training session I was always happy with my progress ๐Ÿ˜Š The professionalism of the coaches ensured that each time I put more and more effort into the next lessons! Also with Annie's great support regarding nutrition.โค๏ธ I definitely recommend it and look forward to continuing it next year. Happy New Year to all ๐ŸŽ„ Less

I joined CrossFit at the end of 2024 and was offered the kickstar beginner program. As a person who had no idea what CrossFit was, I was interested and excited to join. This program really help to understand all the technique and physics of the exercises. The coach in a small group pays attention to everyone and as a result we learn the movements without mistakes. During the workout coach motivates us and forces us to finish the workout. Ahahahha Every week there were different trainings and after I felt so good. I was full of energy throughout the day. Thank you to all the coaching team, especially Jan, who spent most of the training with us, I really enjoyed it and will continue to go to training. Less

just finished the 028 kick start program and I am really stoked about the program. I have been in the gym for many years but in these 4 weeks really learned about technique. This is essential before joining the groups if you do not want to get injured. The trainers also push you for that extra mile and get you out of the comfort zone. Only then you will improve in strength and stamina. Personally it is rewarding after an intens session. I can highly recommend a kick start program to get a look and feel of what cross fit is all about. Less

Na een crossfit pauze van 6 maanden bij 020 het kickstart programma gevolgd. Ik had een nare blessure aan mn elleboog en daarom voor kickstart gekozen. In een klein groepje alles weer even opfrissen en met de juiste techniek trainen. Ook al had ik al 1,5 jaar ervaring met crossfit, deze lessen waren zeker uitdagend genoeg en ging elke training met een voldaan gevoel naar huis! Less

As promised to Jan before I joined, an honest review: I joined the 28 day kickstart course at Crossfit 020 which is basically a coached exercise + nutrition program for 28 days with workouts for 3 days per week. Pros: 1. This was my first experience with cross-fit, had the pleasure of being coached by Joanneke, Jan & Sven. The workouts are VERY well structured and it really is the actual basics of the exercises and how your form should be. 2. The workouts are designed specifically for beginners and very well spaced, you never feel like youโ€™re doing too much or too little. 3. The star of the show is Annie. Annie Shwick is one of the best nutritionists I have been coached by. She is tough but still motivating. She really breaks down nutrition and weight loss and their relationship to you and puts in the time to answer any question you might have. Cons: Honestly, none. Unfortunately I had to leave the course mid-way due to personal circumstances, however, this is one of the best things you could do for yourselves. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป Thank you to Jan, Annie & Joanneke.
