My husband and I really enjoyed working with Betty. She was patient during the 4 months it took us to find the right house. She was always responsive and available. She was quick to schedule showings for the houses we wanted to see, and even scheduled in the evenings if needed while our desired locations were a longer commute for her. Betty has been such a God send for me. From the first time I met betty I loved her energy, she was always so happy and positive and such a go getter. OH BOY!!! Where do I START? Family & I were in South Korea for this whole process (13hrs ahead of EST) So yes, we did not see the house in person but we did via FaceTime We are 1st time home buyers and used the VA LOAN As a military family Betty Gonzalez understood the struggle of PCSing because she is also a 21yr retired Army Veteran and has a family of her own Betty Gonzalez found us through our sponsor and Betty made it her priority to reach out to us ASAP We went through 5 other realtors fast because they had a bunch of red flags Betty Gonzalez on the other hand had the knowledge, skills & expertise especially when dealing with a VA Loan We worked with Betty for only 4 months before finding the perfect home She made contact with us every 1-3 days based on our favorites from her MLS data base We zoomed at least 1-2 times a week and went over all the details on each house under our favorites section She even called every realtor that was selling one of our top favorite homes, right in front of us through zoom via speaker phone Betty made us feel really comfortable especially as 1st time home buyers and answered every question we had via zoom We felt as if she was right next to us even though we were 13hrs ahead and in South Korea While it was 9:00pm in South Korea, it was 8:00am for Betty Gonzalez and she was always ready to go!!!
