We had our 2017 Highlander hammered in a hail storm in May 2019. The insurance company was proposing to have the roof cut off and replaced. Took it in to Nick and he said he’d work with the insurance company, ended up they PDR the roof and the rest of the car. They found additional hail damage, contacted USAA and had the additional damage added to the claim. Nick worked with us to get the car in and out while we were away so we had no downtime with the car. The work? It is flawless. I can see no evidence of hail dings anywhere! I’ve waxed the car twice since having the work done and the finish is amazingly smooth. This week I dented the hood of my wife’s car, contacted Nick and he got me in right away. We had hail damage on our poor garageless Subaru. Nick and his team were so great to work with! Okay. Wow. If you’re anything like me you are very aware of the “too good to be true” scams. But, THIS IS REAL LIFE PEOPLE! Mile High Dents is a lifesaver. When my car was totally beat up from a hailstorm, I did my fair share of research to see which shops would do quality repairs. I’ve always been weary of the pop-up tent dent repair businesses because once they leave town… they’re gone forever. It was such a good day when I returned to my car after work and found a letter (in a sealed envelope… very personal) written by Tim from Mile High Dents in my door! I looked them up and thought, “why not…” So I gave Tim a call. He truly cared about my concerns and didn’t rush the conversation at all. Within 20 minutes, I had an appointment. I met Tim at a rental shop and he put me in a rental where I only had to put a $50 deposit down. He used my insurance rental money to cover whatever they could for the car and then he paid for the rest of the rental bill. When this company says you pay ZERO out of pocket they mean it. They covered my rental car AND my $500 deductible. It’s not too good to be true! I had to leave town unexpectedly before my car was done getting repaired and Tim said, “no worries!” and paid an extra couple days for my rental car. WOW. When my car was done he drove it to my apartment complex, gave me the keys, and took my rental car back for me – my deposit returned to my bank account a couple days later. When I was checking out my car, I noticed that my fuse box wasn’t clipping in like it used to… Tim ordered the new part, told me to hold tight for a couple days, and delivered/installed it in the parking lot of my complex with no questions asked. Needless to say, my boyfriend has an appointment with him to get the ball rolling on his car (damaged in the same storm) on Monday. Such an awesome person… such an awesome company! Plus, he gave me his personal cell phone number to communicate with any questions. (P.S. – Did I mention that Tim does all the communication with your insurance company? I had a wonderful experience with Mile High Dents. Nick made the entire process so easy by taking care of the insurance claim and the rental car. He kept me updated throughout the week and even took extra steps to help me with some other body repairs. My deductible and car rental were both covered, so I paid nothing!
