This place has done for me what Physical Therapists and Chiropractors alone have not been able to. I have severe scoliosis with surgical fusions and titanium rods and hooks along my spine. I’ve been coming to The Real Deal Wellness for about three weeks, and the results have been life-changing. I have Lyme disease and a severe inflammatory issue caused by prolonged mold toxin exposure, which has compromised my immune system. My inflammation levels were off the charts (over 3,000, compared to a normal range of 0-99), causing mobility issues and cognitive challenges. I can't believe how I feel after only 8 days of coming to REAL DEAL WELLNESS!! Staff is amazing and super knowledgeable about how each booth helps. My fiancée and I book red light therapy, cryotherapy and compression therapy almost everyday. The red light booth with the halo therapy has done wonders in only 8 days for my asthma and my sleep. I have had asthma since I was 3 and it has never been this easy for me to breath. I am also getting a full nights sleep since my breathing is doing so well. The cryotherapy has been a fun challenge to tackle every time we go in. I love the fact that they have spotify and any motivational song I want while getting blasted with -75 to -80 degree air. I feel rejuvenated and younger after I conquer 5 min in the booth. Now to my personal favorite.... compression therapy!! This has to be the best 30 min of my day. I came to the real deal wellness center having never tried the services they offer. The staff was so amazing explaining each treatment and it's benefits. They were also there to guide me through each process and made me feel comfortable and excited to try it out! I was able to do the compression treatment which was really relaxing and helped my fatigued legs feel better. Next I tried the cryotherapy. This is a deal I could not imagine being actually real ($99 a month????!!!) after coming from the Bulletproof Labs in Santa Monica which was charging $50 per service of maybe 15-30 minutes in some cases. Real Deal Wellness is amazing! It was so easy to go from one service to another. I started in the red light therapy and Halotherapy Dry Salt Therapy booth. That was truly an amazing experience. I felt so refreshed afterwards. The feeling is truly hard to describe. After I was finished with that treatment, I went in to the sauna. I got in to a deep state of thought while I was in there. It felt very cleansing. I wanted the full trifecta experience today. So I stepped in to the cryotherapy booth! I’ve been doing cryo 3-5 days a week for about 5 years. This booth is cold. This was my first experience with cryotherapy and it was incredible! JD and his staff were so helpful and friendly. I was a little nervous at first, but I was quickly put at ease, as they explained the many benefits of each modality. I am currently training for a bikini competition, working out 6 days a week.
