Firstly I want to state that the owner is wonderful and a great person to work with. Unfortunately, after taking my 2007 Subaru Impreza in for a head gasket replacement, an issue with oil getting into my cylinder heads came up after the replacement. I am not sure what caused this but unfortunately had to sell the vehicle after. I am not saying it was the fault of Primary Automotive but it is frustrating that after getting several thousands of dollars of work done, hoping for peace of mind, I had to sell the car. It very well could have been my car that had this other issue arise after the job but either way, a pain. It must be challenging working on older cars as I am sure several other issues come up but I would have just been better off selling it with the head gasket issue rather than taking it in to begin with. For newer vehicles or very clearly diagnosed jobs, I am sure they would be great. I am not sure if things would have gone any differently had I gone anywhere else but unfortunately I will not be going back. I should add that they also offered me a discount on my next visit and gave me some very generous pricing and discounted me for several hours of their work while they tried to diagnose the new issue. So I said someone should’ve told me not to wash it because something like that would happen.
