Coach Fred is awesome to work with. I'm 64 and have been training with him for about 4 months now and have made some pretty amazing progress from where I started. If you're ready to put your mind to it and start getting healthier and in shape, I can't recommend him highly enough.

I started at ASAP with group fittness in Feburary and it has changed my life! I've been an active person but never lifted weights. Now I am hesitant to miss a day. The training program and group fittness aspect of this gym is amazing, i have leared so much and my body has changed so much! I also love family owned and operated! Fred and Megan are great.

Great gym to work out. I always stop by when I am passing through Coeur d’Alene for work. A lot of high quality equipment and the instructors are very knowledgeable and approachable. No egos. Just folks that want to help you meet your goals.

My 9 year old son has been doing strength training with coach Fred for the past two months and he has gotten awesome results! Highly recommend his coaching for any young athletes or kids looking to develop strength and coordination.
