I want to start this review by saying that the company I work for never paid Firegang. We were interested in getting a dental marketing company to help boost sales, ad revenues, attract new patients and to help with our search engine optimization. Going into the experience we were open minded. But we were honestly skeptical and had our concerns. As a company, we try to go into business dealings by having a win-win mentality. That is we have a genuine feeling that every opportunity can some to a mutually beneficial arrangement. During one of our first phone calls we were enticed by all they were saying because we felt like this would be a one stop shop to all of our marketing goals. However, during a video conference we mentioned a specific service that they said they offer over the phone and they changed their response. They said they didn't offer the service and that they would offer the service in the future but it is currently in beta testing. When we expressed other concerns or would ask question about the integrity of their services the person we were in contact with Ryan Menacho, his tone immediately changed and he was frustrated and somewhat aggressive and this made us uncomfortable. All these red flags did not deter us from using this company. But after going back and forth with them because they didn't answer our questions to the extent of our satisfaction they eventually told us that a partnership would not be a good fit. After reading their Yelp! reviews I think it is safe to say we dodge a bullet. But in case the authenticity of this review is in question (which all the negative review on google do). I left some receipts in the images that also includes their monthly pricing in case you are still interested in partnering with them. I hope this review is helpful. UPDATE: After the owner called my employer to get the receipts taken down I think it is safe to add FEAR MONGERING CONARTISTS to this review. These people would rather take your money than work to earn your business.

Our practice has been happy with the results from the Marketing efforts of Firegang and our client success manager, Becky Spicer. Becky has proven to be organized, creative, timely & flexible. We are pleased with our new patient growth as well as our SEO ranking and coaching from Firegang. As other reviews have stated, the relationship with Firegang takes teamwork. They do provide feedback on what needs to be added/changed on your website, but it is helpful for our practice to be proactive in this area as well. Changes are made fairly quickly to the website when we request them. The monthly strategy update is also very helpful in determining areas where we need change and it allows us to see the success of our partnership with Firegang.

This company is not transparent with best practices and does not represent the dental community in a positive light. Firegang has been awesome for us. They are pricey but they have delivered on their promises in short order. The initial presentations were very informative about how they could help us and the analytics were impressive. We have also more than doubled our new patient intake and our google ranking has dramatically improved and our online presence is booming. Would highly recommend. Becky is our manager and has also been awesome and I really hope she stays on and continues to work with us. Working with Firegang was the biggest mistake our office could have made. I don't know what they are doing over there but there is a constantly revolving door of employees. Each time you start getting used to your contact, it changes. They must be a miserable place to work for because nobody ever wants to stay. If you do some research on the web, you will see for yourself how terrible their employee reviews are. My husband and I agreed we will never work with them again. I regret not doing better research sooner. They were overpriced anyways, but if the management treats their employees terribly, I wish that we never supported them. When I work with a company, I want my contact person to be consistent. Not a revolving circus.

I’ve been working with firegang for over a year. They are one of numerous dental marketing companies that promise to increase new patients and have you listed on top of page one on google search. Initially, they seemed to be hard at work, contacting me frequently to make changes to my website and make it “google optimized.” Lately, their quality of work seem to be on a decline. They changed my point of contact 3 times and it’s strange talking to someone new every few months. My results with them after a year has been increase of 3-6 new patients a month. Slight improvement in google ranking, but still not on top of page one. What made me lose confidence in this company is after the recent CDA convention. As we all know, there are multiple companies that are offering the same product at the convention. So, I asked few of them to run an audit of my website. All 3 companies came back with same conclusion that my website is not optimized and its running at 60%. I was skeptical so I ran google website speed test that they told me about and anyone can check for themselves. The results were as they said it was. After a year of firegang assuring me that my website was running at peak speed. Firegang is expensive. As far as I can tell one of the most expensive and not delivering on their promise.

They missrepresent what they will put in contract, when was setting up a contract with them i asked if i down grade if i need to support the practice. I took their saleman at his word. My Fault to take the word of Firegangs sales representative. The practice representative had the solution to make a simple change but higher up dose not want work with in budget even though they have a plan that works. They will not let me down grade as i was told by their sales man. They only make changes to web site if you watch it your self and micromanage the account. They use the same adds with your competitor down the street. Literalaly a dentist 5 miles away has same add for $100 less. I had an appointment to talk to the owner had to make over a week in advance. He failed to make the appointment again misrepresenting them selves. My contact is up good luck to firegang. Read ever word of contract.
