Top notch instruction and training! Family friendly and very accessible for questions and helping you learn. My entire family (mom, dad and two kids) train. We absolutely enjoy every minute. They also offer a crazy cardio kick class for a bargain price (included with the training program or as a drop in).

I have been to this place 3 times for kickboxing, I love it! The owner is so encouraging and the people in the class are very friendly! Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5:30. So much fun and a great butt kicking workout!

My daughter took beginner Tai Kwon Do classes here through Zeeland rec and these folks were amazing. Really encouraging and so so good with kids!
