The professors/coaching staff are excellent—very knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and invested in each student’s progress. The atmosphere is welcoming and supportive, making it a great fit for both adults and kids. The instructors not only taught valuable skills but also fostered a sense of community that made us feel like family. Highly recommend. As a parent I love seeing my daughter and son train. The environment created is welcoming and pleasant. All the kids work hard and the professors do such a great job of retaining their attention... which all parents know how difficult this can be at times.I have the privilege to witness my kids growth not only in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu but also their strength, stamina, patience, perseverance, problem-solving, confidence, and sociability.
