I don’t live nearby and I don’t always have a dollar to get on the bus to waste to go there to find out I accidentally came on the wrong day because won’t nobody answered the phone and then when you called the energy assistance side asked to be transferred even though they’re literally right there to get nasty with you answer the phone, bro. idk why everyone sends you here for rent every church i went to said they give all their donations to the community action agency in harford county and they give me this address and phone number and every time i go or call they say idk why they tell people that we dont help with rent but their website says rental assistance can someone please help me my rent water and trash is combined so i cant go get help with nothing but rent please help me

It's really cool that they give you bags of food but like a couple ladies said on here our meat was expired so there was no way of cooking itIt's like you guys want us to get sick and another thing they told me even though I've been coming there for years I have to fill out all this paperwork and I need my landlord to sign his paper proving that I live here but I literally told her I was going to bring it homelessness

I really appreciate the help they do give . But I dont get why when they give you bags of food & every freezer food they give you is always expired. Like are yall tryna get people sick. Im sure yall know yall are giving ppl expired meats they can’t cook. Yall do know how long those items sit in yall freezer. It’s like we receive the help bt not really bc yall giving food that we can’t even cook or eat for that matter. Then the cabinet stuff or snacks be almost expired if u don’t eat them in the next 2-4 days .

Went 3 times a was turned away 1st do to change of hours they weren't open as regular 2nd i was in line at 10:44 &was turned away and told to wait 2 hours and come back 3rd I was told I needed proof of ID and residence i had my drivers license and my ssdi award letter n 5 pcs of mail and still turned away DHAME ON THOSE OLD LADIES IN THERE THEY PIC N CHOOSE AND MAKE YHERE OWN RULES! And I feel racism there is going on!
