The process was very quick, Wallace was very helpful, and made sure we got our floors done on a time crunch. The floors came out beautiful. My only heartache comes from leaving a new ring I bought on the counter in my moms home the night before the floors were going to be done. We have a lot of stress my mother is elderly and she came with us for the night. She saw my ring on the counter too, it was gone the day the contractor and his helpers came out.
