I was pleasantly surprised with the entire process. I was given a wriiten estimate for the job of removing an old carpet and supplying the tiles I chose , plus materials and labor &nothingChanged from beginning to end.The scheduled time and day for the measurements of the job was on time.I received a called to schedule the job, which we did.The guys arrived fifteen minutes early from their scheduled time.Absolutely impressed with the entire process. We shopped so many flooring places and just stopped in here as we were driving by...and so glad we did!! We looked around and Henry came over to help us. He was super knowledgeable, low pressure and the first person to lay the floor down on the ground and look from all sides as the colors change. It was simple but definitely changed our view on a couple of selections. He pulled colors close to our furniture so we.could see what worked best. Needless to say we bought all 5 rooms of tile from this place and they made it soo easy and friendly. Highly recommend this place you can't go wrong!!!!
