TRF Boxing have been amazing from start to finish with the organisation of getting me in for a trial session to then booking my membership. Great options of classes and super friendly staff who offer great motivation and support to all clients.

Absolutely brilliant, would definitely recommend! I’ve recently joined and had no prior gym/boxing experience. I felt welcome and comfortable right from the start. I leave the sessions feeling super energised and looking forward to the next one!

Overall I’ve been going to the TRF gym for about a month now and I can honestly say it’s great and it’s a great thing for me too it motivates me to achieve my goals and it’s really good to just go in and do a workout it clears the mind it’s really good for the mental as well it’s a nice clean gym👍 whatever the reason it helps a lot.

I did a trial of three sessions - and I was hooked. I like that workouts are quick and no nonsense, but everyone is friendly and down to earth. Craig is really encouraging. Would recommend especially if you don’t have much time to spare in a busy schedule.

Always punctual, friendly and encouraging. I have been a member from the very start and will continue to do so. Being 62 I’m not the youngest ‘kid on the block’ but I still get pushed to train hard without being taken out of my comfort zone or physical capabilities. Highly recommend!

Training at the Rock is awesome, great feel to the space. Classes for those who want that team sweat but also a well fitted out weights area downstairs for personal sessions.

I started The Rock Fitness back in November 2017, I was instantly put at ease and didn’t feel out of place Tommy made me feel part of the group and the other members were friendly. The classes are high energy and you can feel your body working, I noticed a difference immediately in my shape and fitness levels too. I would highly recommend the gym to all people

Where do I start, this gym is what I think about when I think of the perfect gym. I never thought I would like to "train" in a gym but The Rock has completely changed my mind and transformed my body! I came to The Rock 6 months ago having been a couch potato for years, after seeing the fit and smiley crew walking in and out of The Rock, I decided to give the daily classes a go. The trainers (Tommy, Max and Craig) at The Rock have offered me incredible guidance, they understand what you are striving for and they WILL get you there and further.The classes are intense for every level, and you will love the diverse workout combinations.The gym is great and just a fun place to hang out. I'm still training and can't see myself ever stopping. I am addicted and feel stronger all-around, 3 stone lighter, and have had to buy new clothes to fit my new shape.
