The person who set us up for a unit went out of her way to get a unit to me, over an hour away from their facility, very quickly, when we were in need after Hurricane Beryl. The driver delivered the unit when he said he would and was super careful to place it where we needed it, carefully finding dry ground amidst water and tree debris following the storm. The unit was a great size that met our needs and was extremely sturdy, clean and secure. Sylvia and her team is on top of it. They are quick to respond & the time frames are on point. We have moved over 2 dozen times in my life and this is the EASIEST move by far. I just gave her my info what I needed and what I was worried about and she not only gave me more than enough information to calm my worries. She knew her information and wasn't just reading it off a paper. Any time I text a question or request a response is given with in half an hour. Delivery went perfectly.
