I had a great experience with UNITS Moving and Portable Storage and would absolutely use them again!!They were able to deliver my container within just a couple of days of my request, and the entire process was incredibly easy. Everything was handled ahead of time, including scheduling and payment, so when delivery day came, I didn’t have to do a thing. The driver arrived, placed the container exactly where I wanted it, and was in and out. I was busy inside the house and didn’t even need to go outside.The container itself was clean, spacious, and easy to access. I rented the largest size available, and it held more than I expected while only taking up about one parking space in my driveway.Customer service has been excellent from start to finish. Communication has been clear, and they even called to remind me about the upcoming pickup. Just like delivery, I don’t even need to be home for pickup as long as the lock is removed and the unit is empty.I shopped around before choosing UNITS, and they had the best pricing along with outstanding customer service. The flexibility with delivery and pickup made the entire process stress-free. I highly recommend them and would gladly use them again in the future.

Fantastic attention to service. Had a schedule issue w the other guys and Units saved me! Booked late on a Wednesday and they were dropping off a container the next morning before 8am.Fast forward a few months and the delivery and pick up were painless and everything was in perfect condition.And the customer service is not 5 stars but 10 stars!! Sylvia was amazing and super responsive to every crazy question we had.Highly recommend them!

Units has been a life saver every time I've needed a local move. The response time and customer service I receive from Sylvia is phenomenal each time I need to schedule a drop off or pickup. Although not the cheapest storage option available, for what you get, it is fair. It is definitely a great option when you need flexibility. The unit is always clean and functional, and scheduling is accommodating and punctual.

Units was The Best Decision I have done EVER, When moving. The Delivery was Seemless and Super Easy as was the pickup. Mrs. Sylvia was very professional and Knowledgeable of what size Unit would work for me. It was MORE Cost Efficient than renting a Uhal and Paying People to Move Me. Just put it in your yard and walk your items outside. Call Units for a pickup to your new location and take your time to unload. IT WAS PERFECT. I am 55 and decided to MOVE SMARTER NOT HARDER.
