Very easy to work with. Very quick with scheduling, I have no frame of reference for cost as this is the first time I've ever used this service but it did not seem expensive at all. Sylvia is a real person, I thought she was an AI bot at first with how fast she responded but she isn't!! Will definitely use again but hopefully not for a few years as I am tired of moving 😂

Units was The Best Decision I have done EVER, When moving. The Delivery was Seemless and Super Easy as was the pickup. Mrs. Sylvia was very professional and Knowledgeable of what size Unit would work for me. It was MORE Cost Efficient than renting a Uhal and Paying People to Move Me. Just put it in your yard and walk your items outside. Call Units for a pickup to your new location and take your time to unload. IT WAS PERFECT. I am 55 and decided to MOVE SMARTER NOT HARDER. On Friday, we determined we needed a Units Storage container by Monday. Sylvia was great!
