Have used this service several times and always encounter the most professional and personable drivers. This trip had the pleasure of meeting Lisa.She arrived early and had our bags in the car ready to go before we came outside. Enjoyed our conversation during the drive. Thank you to the company & Lisa for being very flexible and accommodating. Our original flight was to leave at 7:25 pm. However, unknown to us the departure time was changed by the airline to 2:50 pm. At 11:30 pm the night before our flight I called the service to let them know of the change. An actual person answered the phone and was very understanding and said he would try his best to find a driver for us and get back to me by 8:00 am in the morning. Considering they did not open until 10:00 am, I was very impressed not to mention beyond grateful. To my surprised I received a call at 11:54 pm (same day I called), confirming a pickup time that would get me and my granddaughter to the airport with plenty of time to make our flight. BIG thank you to Savannah Nite and their dedicated employees for saving the day. Can’t wait for our next pick up by Savannah Nite in the Spring. Highly recommend using this company for all your transportation needs.
