I was very disappointed in both of my vehicles the first one done my wife’s was nice real nice however had scratch marks still on it from where you could see. It was ran through the car wash several times over the years, but still in good condition inside wasn’t detailed at all. Could’ve got the same service at a pull-up car wash. Then my truck is a whole different ball game not impressed with that at all picked it up. The inside was dirty. Had a disagreement about that he apologized, but however, like I told him, how could any car be detailed and you don’t do the inside? Do not waste your money the worst part is I drove half across town to get this done. Definitely definitely not worth the money. I’m sorry. since this post, the gentleman has reached out to me trying to argue his case now what I did put on the 26th when I originally had my wife’s truck detailed was it did look nice which I says in the post however it still had scratches on it. He did not have the paint to touch it up like he said he would have and I also provided him my VIN number so he could have the paint then when I literally picked up my truck after trying to support a minority business owner, I go to pick up my truck and the inside wasn’t even touched and when I say it wasn’t even touched was a vacuum wasn’t wipe down nothing so my question to him was why would you even have me come pick up my truck when you didn’t even do the inside, not even vacuuming who gets a detailed car without having the inside vacuumed and why do you insist on keep texting me trying to tell me that my review is wrong it’s correct so for that you lose a star because I thought you were decent that’s the only reason why I came back like I said the second time and you could best believe I’m not coming back again and I’ll never visit your store that you said you opened on Cleveland Avenue you’re overpriced for what you gave me instead of trying to make it right you’re trying to change my opinion on how it was done now what upset me was when I go to the car wash and someone comes up to me and told me they could do my card and I’ll tell him it’s coded and they tell me it doesn’t look like it. That’s what upset me and like I said, I tried to give you the benefit of the doubt and support you and your business so no I didn’t. Double talk. I was being polite now if you would like for me to continue on, I will and I will show them actual pictures of the inside when I picked it up and I’m sure you don’t want me to do that. Like I told you I didn’t wanna do this, but since you want to pull up text, I will show you what I sent you immediately after it was done. as you can see this is what you have to deal with if this is the type person in business you wanna go to have that lightweight stalking harassment weirdo
